Sumeet Lall, Esq.

Sumeet Lall is a member of the Washington State Bar and is eligible to practice immigration and nationality law in all 50 states. 

EDUCATION

Sumeet received his bachelor’s degree from the Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo.  Mr. Lall then received a law degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C.

EXPERIENCE

Attorney Sumeet Lall is a former Department of Homeland Security Immigration Prosecutor who practiced before the immigration courts in Los Angeles, California.  In this position he handled thousands of cases from all over the world.  He worked with Immigration Judges and advised the Department of Homeland Security.  

After leaving the DHS, Sumeet began practicing in a  small law office where he set up the office system for PERM cases, handling hundreds of backlogged EB2 and EB3 cases. Since that time, Mr. Lall has advised and handled all manner of visas including O1, H1b, E1/E2 and L1 cases for client from all over the world.  Prior to working for DHS, he was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington.  His office has taken on big challenges and received a very high rate of approval, based upon his own active involvement in his clients’ cases.
