EDUCATION

Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of La Verne, Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. She derives her passion for immigration law through interning at the Los Angeles LGBT Center during her time in Law School.

EXPERIENCE

Carly has extensive experience in all aspects of immigration law. She has worked with everyone from international celebrities to business owners to asylum seekers. She has handled hundreds of complex cases regarding asylum, adjustment of status, U-Visa, VAWA, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. She has appeared in Family, Probate, Immigration, Criminal, and even Traffic Court to defend the rights of her clients.

During law school, Carly interned at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where she assisted members of the community with asylum and U-Visa applications. It was through this that she realized the need for strong advocacy in the immigrant community.

Carly is an active member in good standing of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
