EDUCATION
Valentin earned his Juris Doctor from the National University of Cuyo (UNCuyo) School of Law in Argentina, where he also completed a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Law. During his time at UNCuyo, he actively collaborated with the Public International Law Department and proudly represented his university in an International Humanitarian Law competition hosted by the Red Cross and Universidad Austral, where he earned a special mention for complain and response drafting.
Pursuing his passion for international legal systems, Valentin obtained his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Law from the University of Southern California (USC) Gould School of Law. While at USC, he was an engaged member of the International Law Association, further deepening his expertise in cross-border legal issues.
EXPERIENCE
Valentin began his legal career as a civil litigation attorney in Argentina, focusing on Civil and Commercial Law. He also contributed to legal education as a Assistant Professor in Public International Law at UNCuyo.
After moving to the United States and completing his LL.M., Valentin shifted his focus to Immigration Law, where he found a natural alignment with his international background and personal mission. He has since worked with different U.S. law firms, gaining extensive experience in both Family-Based Immigration and Business Immigration Law.
Valentin is an active member and in good standing of the California State Bar and a non-active member in good standing of the Mendoza Bar Association.
