How To Complete Form I-907

Follow these simple steps to complete your Form I-907:

Part One

Part one is where you’ll fill out all personal information, including your:

  • Alien Registration Number
  • USCIS Account Number (If applicable)
  • Full name
  • Name of the organization sponsoring you
  • The Premium Processing Service you wish to claim

Part Two

Next, you’ll provide details about the request you’re making. This part has eight steps, which you’ll need to fill out regardless of whether or not you’re requesting an upgrade. If you fail to fill out a step, the USCIS will reject your application.

Part Three

Here you’ll put your name and signature. Make sure you use a black ink pen and not a stamp. You’ll also be required to provide a statement, declaration, and certification for part three. If you’ve used the help of an interpreter, you must also make that clear in this step. Finally, you’ll be asked for your contact information.

Part Four

If you used an interpreter to help you with the form, you’ll fill out their information here. Your interpreter will also need to provide certification and sign and date the form.

Part Five

If you are not the person who prepared the request for premium processing, you’ll need to provide the information about the person who did. If this was your interpreter, they’ll need to put their information here as well. If it was an attorney, they will submit the appropriate documents along with the requested, including Form G-28 or Form G-281.

Part Six

If you feel like you need to provide additional information for your request, you can do that in part six. If there’s not enough room on the page, you can attach documentation to part six, just make sure you print your name and account number at the top of every sheet and indicate which part the notes or documentation are referring to. Then, sign and date all forms.

Form I-907 Filing Fee

The filing fee for Form I-907 is $1,440. Remember, this is only for the premium processing, and does not include the myriad of other applicable fees when applying for a visa. You’ll have to pay this fee with a separate money order or check.
